The personal information is registered with VSAI and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted. Information provided to VSAI is in no way disclosed or sold to third parties, and we do not register any personally sensitive information.
We are required to store order information in connection with accounting, payment of taxes, and any warranty/return processes. This history is deleted after 5 years in accordance with Section 10 of the Accounting Act.

You have the right to access personal data that VSAI.dk has registered about you in accordance with applicable law.
You have the right to rectification, so you can contact us to have incorrect personal information corrected.
You have the right to have your personal data deleted, provided that we are not obliged to keep them in accordance with the law (see above).

Partners will only have access to the information if necessary to perform a task for VSAI.dk, including, among other things, your payment information to our payment provider. In these cases, a data processor agreement is entered into to ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

According to the Accounting Act, we must store transaction data for five years. This is also done to comply with customer rights in connection with warranty and complaint handling in accordance with consumer legislation, the Sale of Goods Act, and VSAI.dk's terms and conditions of sale and delivery.
