By accepting these terms and confirming your order, a binding agreement is also made with VSAI. Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation to the provided email address. We reserve the right not to deliver the ordered product if our inventory was not accurate at the time of order receipt. Should we be unable to deliver according to the agreement, we will contact you and provide the opportunity to cancel your order. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
VSAI offers a 14-day full return policy on all items. If you wish to withdraw from the purchase, VSAI must be notified, and the item must be returned no later than 14 days after you received it. You are obliged to return the item in the same packaging and condition as it was received. This also applies to the packaging and information signs on the item. You are responsible for the costs associated with returning the item.
Note: If the item is personalized in any way, such as with personal printing, the 14-day right of withdrawal is waived. This also applies to prints for training centers and similar.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
When you shop at VSAI, you naturally have a 2-year warranty. This means that you can have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a discount, depending on the specific situation.
It is a requirement that the complaint is justified, and that the defect has not arisen due to improper use of the product, natural wear and tear, or other damaging behavior.
The complaint of a product must be made within a reasonable time after the defect was discovered. If you complain within 1-2 weeks after the defect was discovered, it will always be considered timely. For complaints or withdrawal, the item is sent to:

Please follow the instructions and comply with the requirements stated when purchasing the return label. If you use our return label to return all or part of your order, DKK 39 will be deducted from the returned amount.
Once we have received your return, we will check if the condition of the item can be assumed to be new. If the item is considered to be in new condition, the entire amount will be refunded. If the item has been used, you will only receive a partial or no refund of the purchase amount when canceling the purchase.
We refund the amount to the payment card used for purchase. We cannot pay out the money in any other way.
EXCHANGE
Exchange of an order or item is free if it involves exchanging for a different size, color, etc. It is essential for the exchange that the item to be exchanged for can be considered the same model as the item being exchanged. It is also crucial whether the item being exchanged for is of the same value as the item being exchanged.
We will exchange the item immediately after receiving your return of the item to be exchanged. The item returned must be in new condition. It is not possible to exchange used items.
The expected delivery time to other EU countries is 2-5 days.
